Supercharge Your Workout.

Supercharge Your Workout.

What if there was a way to quickly and easily make your workouts easier and more fun to accomplish? What if that way required almost zero effort, no schedule adjustments, and COST ABSOLUTELY NOTHING?

Skeptical? Don’t be. There is a way that is proven to work 100% of the time without fail.

Here it is:

Act Happy Prior To and During Your Workout

Acting happy before and during your workout will definitely make your workouts both easier and more productive. Now it’s important to understand that I’m not suggesting you FEEL happy before and during your workout. Emotions are pretty fickle and hard to will into submission.

What I’m asking you to do is to ACT happy before and during workouts REGARDLESS of how you feel. Especially if you don’t feel particularly excited or good about working out and exercising. The more you dislike them the more you will see improvements by merely acting glad to do them. Let’s talk about some pros and cons.

The Upsides.
I’ve mentioned some of them already:
- It’s free.
- It’s quick.
- It requires NO PREP TIME.
- It works ALL OF THE TIME.
- You will get better results because of it.

The Downside.
With all of the upsides there must be reasons that people don’t do it all of the time. Yup:
- Acting happy before and during your workout will involve you in the unpleasant act of self-discipline. That equals mental/emotional effort.
- Be forewarned, you will definitely have to go against the flow. 90% of the folks I see in the gym look completely miserable. Consequently, their workouts are pretty lack luster. I really like the thumbnail pic at the head of this article. It says it all.

All that being said here’s are some particulars:

The How Tos

Smile. For a half hour before and during your entire workout REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU’RE FEELING stretch those cheek muscles up and back and expose the pearly whites. Force yourself to smile. You do it in front of cameras all the time so don’t tell me you can’t. Just do it.

Think happy thoughts before, during, and after your workouts
- Envision yourself reaching your goal.
- Think of loved ones and friends who support what you’re doing.
- Think of all the great benefits you’re doing to yourself.
- Think of how great you’ll feel with the results you’re working for.

Talk about all of the great things you’re getting out of your workouts.
- Tell people you’re smiling because you know you’re going to have a great workout.
- When people ask how your workouts are going say, “Great, I know I’m doing myself and those around me a whole lot of good.”
- When people say, “Wow, you’re looking great, ” say, “Thanks a lot. It takes plenty of work that I don’t always enjoy but I have a good attitude and I get it done LIKE A CHAMP.”

Solicit help .
- Find a friend who understands. Get them to join with you in your new habit of acting happy before and during your workout.
- Trainers and other fitness nuts are perfect for helping to keep folks motivated.
- SURROUND YOURSELF WITH OTHER HAPPY PEOPLE.

Working out for some of us is a complete joy. I know it may seem incredible, but some of us actually do love this stuff. We’re the lucky one. But the really good news is YOU CAN BE A LUCKY ONE TOO. Force yourself to ACT HAPPY before and during your workouts and before long you will find yourself FEELING happy to be working out.

Welcome to the supercharged minority.
