Muscle Confusion: is the concept that before a muscle can get more toned or strong it has to be “confused” or tricked into doing it. If you do the same exercises all of the time your results will soon plateau. By constantly changing your workouts and exercises you’ll get the results you want.

At the outset, can I suggest we reframe the original claim that Americans are becoming more obese? I’d prefer that instead we – myself and you the Fit True readership – stop saying that “We are becoming more Fat/Obese.” Instead let’s say, “WE ARE BECOMING LESS FIT.”
