There are a handful of studies out that say breakfast isn’t all that important. But I tend to have a pretty low opinion of studies, researchers, and those who fall all over themselves and everyone around them when they read a study. Common sense has been a more successful driving force in western civilization then any Havahd Study.

Seriously, that’s it. It tastes great. It’s easy to make on a hot sticky summer afternoon and I don’t feel all carb bloated. I never add a dressing, but if I did it would be a balsamic vinaigrette and maybe a table spoon full at the most as that would be too much of a flavor explosion. And we wouldn’t want to get carried away, now do we?
