Putting It Right Out There: What I’m Eating.

6:30a – 8 oz Grape fruit juice, morning supps
7:00a – BCAA shake
7:15a – 3 whole eggs, 1 piece of Ezekiel Bread toasted with butter and peanut butter.
7:45a – 3/4 cup of coffee (cream and cane sugar) at BNI networking meeting.
9:30a – Pre-workout shake (see Monday)
10:00a-10:45a – Workout shake
11:00a – Post workout recovery shake
11:45a – 1 banana, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup of apple sauce, and 1/2 scoop of protein powder. 16 oz H2O
