Customized Programs

Everyone wants to get in shape. “In Shape” means different things to different people. Their goals can differ quite a bit. At the risk of over simplifying things, most folks fall into one of these three desired goals:

1. THE COUNTDOWN – You’re getting married in 6 to 9 months. Which means you’ve got to fit into a wedding dress or tuxedo. You want to look good for that honeymoon or vacation in the exotic swim suit destination. Or maybe you just want o look better this beach season than you do now.

2. THE EXECUTIVE – You are a busy task-saturated executive. Maybe your business is keeping a happy home. Whatever the case the price for your success in one area is falling short in another. Namely, the physical. Being the Type A assertive type you are  you know that you need to workout.  You probably already even know how to workout. You just don’t have the time between a 60 + hour work week, family, and social life.

3. THE HUNGRY- You’re probably a Late teen or 20-something years old, male, and have wanted to put muscle on all your life. You’ve always admired those guys with thick arms, shoulders, defined abs and just look powerful. Even though some people disparage the muscular you don’t care and you know you want it for yourself. . . very badly.

Chances are that if one of those doesn’t quite describe you, it’s because two or all three describes you. Whatever the case, what you need is a customized plan to help you get to your goal.

Here’s why getting a generic program out of a magazine isn’t a great idea. Because you aren’t generic. You have particulars to your life that a general program from a magazine or even a great site like Fit True just isn’t going to be able to cut it.

Another reason why a customized program designed just for you is the way to go is urgency. Time is important to you. If you’re in the Countdown or the Executive categories you don’t have time to waste. If you’re in the Hungry category you don’t want to waste it. This is not the time in your life to take a shotgun approach to reaching your goals.
